What we do

Our work is sanding, staining and refinishing existing hardwood floors: preparing the wood, exploring colour and renewing its protective finish.

How we approach a project

• Understand the floor. Condition, species and remaining wood affect the work. An assessment may be needed to confirm scope and pricing.
• Explain limits early. Deep stains, thin boards and moisture issues are discussed before work starts, not discovered at the end.
• Write the scope down. Rooms, stain, finish type and coats, preparation and exclusions in plain language.
• Plan around your home. Access, pets, ventilation and which rooms you can use, agreed in advance.
