What we collect
When you submit the estimate form, we collect:
- your name and email address;
- your phone number, if you choose to provide it;
- your area and the service you're interested in;
- an approximate floor area, if you provide it;
- your message about the project;
- your confirmation that we may contact you about the enquiry, and the page the form was sent from.
To protect the form from abuse, we use pseudonymous rate-limit counters derived from your email address with a private key, alongside shared burst and hourly request counters. These are not anonymous data. We do not use client-forwarded network addresses for these limits. Counters older than two days are removed when the next rate-limit check runs; this is not an automatic two-day deletion schedule.
Why we collect it
We use these details only to respond to your enquiry: to reply, ask questions, arrange an assessment and provide an estimate. We don't use them for marketing, newsletters or automated messages, and we don't sell or share them for advertising.
Where it is stored and who can see it
Submissions are stored in a private database hosted through Lovable Cloud, the platform this website runs on. The database is not publicly readable. Authorised enquiry handlers and necessary hosting providers may access data to respond to enquiries and operate the service. The website does not send automatic replies or text messages, and no enquiries are forwarded to other companies or customer-management tools.
Analytics and cookies
Lovable provides hosted visitor analytics and click tracking to measure visits, page engagement and interactions with this website. These traffic measurements are processed by our hosting provider. A successful estimate-save signal contains only the selected service, not your name, email, phone number or message. We do not send enquiry details in conversion payloads. Google Analytics (GA4) is not installed.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as needed to respond and, if you go ahead with a project, to manage it. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information you sent us. Reply to any email you receive from us about your enquiry, or mention the request in a new message through the estimate form, and we'll act on it.
